Fly in chocolate
Zen of success, or parables from Near West.
Self-development, business and success for those,
who can think broader!

Break schemes. Cross boundaries.
Don’t be a copy – live originally!
Most people fall into standards, trip over routine, and get stuck in everyday life. They live and die not very happily, merely replicating what they found upon arriving on this Ball. Throughout their so-called lives, they become fainter and fainter copies of their own ancestors, who were often just as repetitive. And each successive photocopy of a photocopy becomes increasingly pale and blurry…
Few realize that an original, good, and fulfilling Life begins where schemes, „normality,” and repetitiveness end. The world is an infinite buffet of possibilities. The whole art is to open your mind, see broader, make not-always-obvious choices, and seize the opportunities scattered everywhere by the Great Programmer.
Be free and surf the sea of possibilities.
Where you like; with whom you respect; when you want.
„Fly in chocolate” is a collection of inspiring, sometimes funny, and sometimes terrifying parables that really happened. Interestingly, most of these stories took place in one of the world’s strangest places: a country that’s very far (both geographically and mentally) from the Far East, and which even the Civilized West doesn’t really want to admit to (despite being nearby).
Let’s call this country the land of the Middle West. A place where its inhabitants are still torn between:
- greed for consumption and illusions of spirituality,
- excess of things and lack of peace,
- constant „you-can’t-ism” and spurs of „you-can-do-everything-ism,”
- having watches and lacking time,
- endless chasing of Friday / vacation / first million and retirement versus Balance (call it „zen” if you prefer – it’s trendy).
If you spot inspirations from „The Prayer of the Frog” and other books by de Mello in the reading, that’s good. If here and there you feel Gandhi’s claw or the breath of the Dalai Lama, after which you’ll want to leave the world a little better than you found it, that’s beautiful too. But remember, everything you read happened not in the harsh mountains of Tibet or sensual India, but in a moderately developed, somewhat civilized country torn by constant contradictions, aspiring to the so-called first world.
If at least one of these parables inspires you to do something good, I’m glad.
